Boss fights are good for this, or during the Wood/Forest level there is a female acrobat type enemy, dressed in red or blue, that does backflips, if you remain crouched she will not attack you and instead just jump and walk around you. You must be in the same game for at least 1 hour for all the timed trophies, as the whole game takes less than 1 hour to complete you must drag it out as much as possible.

As soon as the 2 player trophy pops, feel free to stop using that player once they die.
It is also recommended to be actively pressing an input, even if it is just holding down to crouch, on both player’s controllers. The 30min trophy could be closer to 35-40 mins playtime, and the hour trophy 35-40 mins afterwards. Instead, set a stopwatch or make note of the time, and wait for the timed trophies to pop. Do not check your trophies via the quick menu. IMPORTANT FOR THE TIMED TROPHIES: Do not pause the game. Have a second local account active and start a new game in 2 player mode. IMPORTANT – Be quick at inputting your initials after the credits, sometimes the game can quickly reset back to the main menu, meaning you will have to complete the whole game again.
Playing in 2 player mode is also an option here. You may also get the Coin related trophies for adding 20 and 150 Credits during this stage. Do not worry about dying and continuing, even though dying resets the score, completing the game will earn you the points needed. In doing so you will earn the High Score and Top score trophies.
